GateGUARDIAN Technology is shortlisted for this years Parking Innovation Award.
We are delighted to announce that our gateGUARDIAN system has been shortlisted as a finalist for “The Parking Innovation Award” in this years British Parking Awards.
The GateGUARDIAN system is designed to detect and capture those motorists that attempt to race through the exit barriers, tailgating the car in front, in order to avoid paying for parking and was first deployed at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. For more information about the system follow this link.
The British Parking Awards are created and presented by the Parking Review magazine and are an independent competition which is now in its 17th year. The awards cover a range of categories and recognise the best in parking management, design and innovation.
The winners at this years event will be announced at the award ceremony on the 9th March and we are hopeful to add a second prestigious Technology award to our Trophy Cabinet.
Our first award was the “Parking Technology” award in 2013 for the StreetSWEEPER system, an ANPR based mobile survey solution, so adding this award for GateGUARDIAN will be a testament to our latest range of technologies.
